Join Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) Dr. Ann Croghan in this Birth Prep-Intensive designed to give families simple tools that they can easily use during their breastfeeding experience. This class is ideal for any birthing mother and her birth partner. First time mommas or mommas who have birthed before will find valuable information and techniques in this class. Suitable for home birth moms and hospital birth moms.

Our class is unique because it lightly touches on key medical information while retaining a main focus for simple, valuable tools that families can use to help make breastfeeding easier in a supportive way. We value the information hospital-based classes offer and we recommend attending one at Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center to gain medical knowledge and perspective.
