Join Doula Casey Risinger from A Blessed Path Doula in this birth prep Intensive designed to give families hands-on strategies and techniques to use during birth in order to help make birth easier. This class is ideal for any birthing mother and her birth partner. First time mommas or mommas who have birthed before will find valuable information and techniques in this class. Suitable for home birth moms and hospital birth moms. Moms who are choosing a repeat cesarean birth and would like to labor will also find Casey's techniques helpful.
